On this site, you will be able to visit properties and take a tour via our gallery page, you can get measurements of rooms and floor plans (if available), together with a detailed description of the house. If you would like to view one of our properties, then please contact us.

We deal with Residential Properties in the Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire areas. All properties are offered in an excellent condition, they will all be decorated in neutral colours before new Tenant’s move in and they are all priced very competitively within the local rental market.

Unlike many rental agencies, we do not charge excessive fees for tenant’s to obtain a tenancy of our properties. Most will charge applicants registration fees along with inflated check in, key charges and inventory charges.

We do not charge to register, or view any properties, we do not charge inflated fees to simply boost our profits.

If you wish to proceed to rent, only then, do we charge a one off £35 per applicant for referencing and that’s it, this makes it more affordable to rent a house.

Each property will have the necessary risk assessment carried out, they will all have smoke alarms &/or carbon monoxide detectors fitted where necessary, they all have full electrical safety certificates, energy performance certificates and also the necessary gas boiler and gas appliance safety certificates. (copies will be supplied to you, prior to moving in)
